"Pirate's Cove"

A second trip to one of my favorite spots, Laguna Beach, as well as a return to some of my favorite locations.  A mandatory stop at the “Montage” resort grounds gives a variety of stunning views of the coast and the Pacific.  Pirate’s Cove Arch was my destination there, and I found it sunlit and gorgeous.  I had painted the same motif 4 years earlier, on a gray and overcast day, so I wanted to see how my painting skills had improved (or digressed?) over the intervening years.
