"Inside the Barn"

One of 21 paintings completed during an Artist-In-Residence program in southwestern Ohio in 2016.  Seeking relief from the bright sun in an old barn, I was struck with the strong Franz Kline-like shapes on the inside of the barn contrasted with the intense light burning in through the windows.  Sort of a yin/yang reversal of all I saw outside.
