This piece was occasioned by renewing a friendship via our Dublin High School Class Reunion. One of my good friends from my 12-month career at Dublin asked if I could do a painting for him. His beloved wife had passed away earlier this year. He wanted to commemorate a special trip they'd taken to Oregon by painting her on a walk along the seashore. It had become a "walk of memories" for him.
