"After Hours (Venice by Night)"

A late evening dinner  required a moonlit vaporetto ride back to our rented digs on the Venice Lido.  We were fascinated with the mysterious deserted "streets" of the city and the slithering reflections in the water as the boats disturbed the surface.  The throngs of daytime tourists vanished into thin air!  Although a challenge to photograph, my many blurry reference shots contained an occasional reasonably sharp one to work from, highlighted by the lunar peek-a-boo I tried feverishly to capture and decided to include.
