"Gibson's Mill"

An anachronism from the past, Gibson's Mill is an ephemeral image that could have been almost anywhere.  A source of life in the form of ground corn and wheat for early settlers, all that now remains are a couple of notches in riverside rocks that supported the foundation of the mill.  It's gone—but I'm trying to keep it from being forgotten.
